"Making of a Hostess" White Lotus Season 3 Party

I love the "Making of a Hostess" segment Ginger does on BHG's Instagram and TikTok accounts, and I thought a great party for the month of April would be a White Lotus-themed party in honor of the season finale coming up on April 6th.

It seems like great minds think alike, because before I could even publish this idea to my portfolio, BHG already posted an article on its website teaching readers how to have a White Lotus party.

Nevertheless, I still had a Pinterest board full of inspiration that I didn't want to go to waste, so I finished my mood board for this "Making of a Hostess" idea, as my ideas were not exactly the same as the ones in BHG's article, anyways.

BHG mentioned using invitations, and I found many beautiful ones on Paperless Post that align with the theme well. Additionally, BHG suggested using lotus flowers, which is definitely a great idea. I incorporated lotus flowers, too, but found paper versions or lantern versions of them, as I felt they set the mood more and took a less literal approach to the lotus image. I also found a recipe for a cocktail called "The White Lotus," which fit the theme perfectly.
